เนื้อเรื่องกล่าวถึง เด็กหนุ่ม 5 คน ที่ถูกส่งจากโคโลนี่ต่างๆ พร้อมด้วยหุ่นยนต์รบที่ทรงประสิทธิภาพคือ วิงกันดั้ม กันดั้มเดธไซธ์ กันดั้มเฮฟวี่อาร์ม กันดั้มแซนด์ร็อก เฉียนหลงกันดั้ม มายังโลกเพื่อปฏิบัติภารกิจ โดยที่ไม่เคยรู้จักกันมาก่อน นักรบทั้ง5คนถูกส่งมาจากโคโลนี้เพื่อมากำจัดOZ ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรทหารที่เข้มแข็งที่สุด ถูกส่งมาภายใต้รูปลักษณ์ ของดาวตกโดยใช้ชื่อแผนปฏิบัติการว่า Operation Meteor โดยสร้างจากนักวิทยาศาสตร์ทั้ง5 โดยส่งมาจากโคโลนี้ต่าง เป็นเหตุที่ไม่คาดฝันเพราะ กันดั้มทั้ง5 ถูกส่งมาพร้อมกันบังเอิญเป็นเหตุที่ต้องทำงานรวมกัน แต่ไม่ว่ายังไงทั่ง 5คน จะต้องกำจัด OZ ให้ได้

มีทั้งหมด 50 ตอน แบ่งเป็น part ละ 2 ตอน (100M) จำนวน 25 Part
